You've surprised yourself by wanting to see what you're capable of now.
Right when your body finds running harder than ever.
Maybe it's the race you keep looking at.
The bucket list adventure you can't stop thinking about.
The PB you still want to get.
You really want to do it, but can’t commit. Because you don't know if your body will let you have it.
This is the five days where you learn it will.
The proof that your body can do this. Permission to want it without apologising for it. The knowledge of how to train properly for the body you have now. When to push. When to back off. How to get it responding to training again.

Shahina didn’t just run her first marathon, she got back in control of who she is
Shahina set herself a goal that felt daunting at the time.
Her first marathon. In perimenopause. When her body felt like it was working against her and she didn't know if it would even let her get to the start line.
But she learned how her body actually works now. How to fuel it. How to get strong. How to train in a way that worked with the changes, not against them.
When she talked about it afterwards, it wasn't the finisher's medal that made her tearful.
It was realising how far she’d come. That her body didn't limit her. That she could set a goal that scared her and get to the other side of it.
She didn't just finish a marathon. She learned what she's actually capable of. And that changes everything.
Five Days. Where you decide it is going to happen.
For the first time, you'll be part of a group of midlife runners hovering over a goal that means so much, but are holding back because they don't know if their body will let them have it.
These five days show you it will, and what it'll take to make it happen.
It's a rare opportunity to spend time with an expert, live on Zoom and in a private WhatsApp community, where you'll get all your questions answered, so you end the week with the confidence to commit.
Day One. You say it out loud.
What you actually want. The goal that scares you. That you think is silly to want. The thing you've been thinking about but haven't let yourself commit to yet.
On Day One, you stop apologising for wanting it and start treating it like the real goal it is. Because once you've said it, the rest of the week becomes about proving to yourself it's possible.
Day Two. You realise your body's not the problem.
We talk about how your body works now, what's changed, why it matters to runners, and what it means for your training. Not so you can mourn what you've lost, but so you can train intelligently for what you want next.
Day Three. You learn to read the signals your body is giving you.
When to push, when to hold back, which niggles matter and which don't. This is how you rebuild trust in your body. So you can adapt your training to your energy and your life, instead of forcing your body to keep up with a plan that doesn't account for either.
Day Four. You discover how to train for who you are now.
We talk about how to map your training to the exact changes your body is going through. Strength training, yes. But also recovery, fuelling, the details that matter more now than they ever did. You'll finally understand why just running more miles and adding a strength session wasn't enough.
Day Five. You see it clearly now.
By Day Five, you've spent four days learning how your body works, how to read it, how to train it. On the final day, we look at what that makes possible. You see your goal differently now. Not as something your body might let you have. As something you're ready to commit to. That's the shift.

Client Success
I'm Gabrielle, and two years ago I decided to see what I was capable of
The five years before that were a rollercoaster. Burnout. Debilitating anxiety. I lost my job. My dad passed away. I gained 10kg. I stopped running. I almost stopped exercising completely, because every time I tried, I pulled a muscle.
I didn't understand my body anymore. That's why I became a personal trainer. But I still had a lot to learn.
Because the standard advice, the stuff you learn as a PT, is full of holes when it comes to menopause. When it comes to strength training and what you actually need as a mid-life runner. I had to learn it myself. Through the tendon problems. The new niggle every few months. The swollen joints. The body that kept changing.
Every setback taught me something the textbooks didn't.
But something else had happened when I started running again.
I didn't just want to run around the block like I did before. I wanted to see what I was capable of.
I had more ambition than ever, at the exact moment my body was going through an enormous physiological transformation.
That's the thing I can't explain and don't need to. Because if you've found me, you already know what that feels like.
The ambition that arrives when you're supposed to be slowing down. The iron will that emerges precisely when everything else is falling apart.
That's why the Menopause Running Club exists. Because I couldn't find anyone who understood what I was going through. And if you can't either, let me help you find your way through.
This is the week where your ambition becomes real
