All clients are required to fill in a form to provide Gabrielle O’Hare LTD with contact details including address, phone number, email and emergency contact. We require this information to contact you about bookings and confirm sessions. Clients are also required to provide relevant health information which is used to ensure training programmes and exercises are safe and suitable for them. No financial data is required or held by Gabrielle O’Hare LTD.

We use an online booking system, Simply Book Me to schedule discovery calls for enquiries and coaching calls for clients. Clients email addresses and mobile numbers are used in this app.

We use a client training app, Everfit to provide clients with training programmes, collect and store client emails and mobile numbers and relevant health information used solely for the purpose of ensuring that each client’s training programme is safe and suitable for their needs. Notes from weekly check ins and client calls are also stored in this app to enable us to provide clients with an excellent service and ongoing and appropriate support to help them achieve their goals. Clients may also use this app to store their own notes, set goals, take before and after photos, create a phone journal and use the chat function to communicate with us. No card details or financial information is taken or stored in this system.

Payments from clients are taken by Stripe. No card details are taken or stored in any way by Gabrielle O’Hare Ltd.

All client details are strictly confidential and held securely. We never pass client information to any third parties.

Mailing List Subscribers.

This website provides an option for readers to sign up to our company newsletter using their email address only, to provide information about services and other information our clients and readers may be interested in in relation to running, diet, exercise and well-being. Subscriber email addresses are held on Squarespace.com. We never pass data on to third parties, and subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

If we have any reason to suspect that any client details have been accessed, leaked or stolen from Gabrielle O’Hare LTD we will contact all individuals stored on our systems to inform them.
